Dive into the jungle

What hidden thoughts lay lurking in the back of your mind, over time, they grow and mutate, do they make you irate? Perhaps better to pour than force to be spilled on a place to be kept tidy, to be kept hiding from all that is clean. So into the dream we continue to flow and the cycles mesh before us as we drift up and around, feet floating from the ground beneath where we tread our dread at every corner passed.

Beautiful worlds collide and feelings subside into mysterious notions of heartfelt devotions until broken pieces emerge just dying to be part of a heart that does not belong to them.

How telling little words that splurge can be heard when we tune to what is within. Not without. And uncover a place that may be to our distaste, but nevertheless is real and demands to feel, so I cradle it with warmth and I acknowledge that it’s there and then I’m left bare. Feeding it no longer, with thinking stew, just a watching awareness that’s way overdue. Simply a feeling that wants to be felt. I permit its release and a heart beat racing is no longer chasing. A tightness clamping is no longer seizing to withdraw. To abhor. But a body full of aches no longer has any stakes in where it is taken. Each physical sensation just begs for attention until it can be sent on its way.

So today, let’s feel every bit of you that lives, not just the head, but the parts that maybe were left for dead and warm them with glow that only can flow from inside and then back out.
